Inaccurate Charging Time Claims for Smart APCs

The author tested APC smart APCs and found that the actual charging times significantly exceed the claimed 3 hours to 90% capacity. Specifically, the 1500IC model took 4.5 hours to charge from 50% to 90%, and the 750IC model's charging speed was only 20% faster than claimed.
