Password Manager SSO Dependency

A password manager tied to Single Sign-On (SSO) can become a bottleneck during SSO outages, limiting access to critical accounts. This issue was highlighted during a tabletop disaster recovery exercise. Only non-SSO accounts in the password manager could be accessed during the outage, causing operational friction.
