Scaling Pipeline Debugging with Growing Job Volumes

As daily job volumes increased from 20 to 180, manual debugging processes became unsustainable, taking half a day due to scattered logs, lack of timing correlation, and upstream failures. The current tooling, even with a central log store, does not scale with the pipeline count, making it hard to identify issues quickly.
