Simplifying Machine Learning Compiler Stacks

The current machine learning compiler stack is complex and difficult to understand, with frameworks like TVM, PyTorch, and XLA having hundreds of thousands of lines of code. This complexity creates a barrier to entry for developers and makes it hard to design and optimize ML models. A simpler, more hackable compiler stack is needed.
