Limited Treatment Options for RAS-Mutated Pancreatic Cancer

Current therapies for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) provide modest benefit, and there is a need for effective treatments for patients with RAS-mutated PDAC. Existing treatments have limitations, and there is a significant unmet need for improved therapeutic approaches. RAS mutations occur in more than 90% of PDAC tumors, making it a key target for therapy. Patients with previously treated PDAC have limited options.
