Optimizing CI/CD Release Gating and Triage

The current CI/CD process is slowed down by noise from scanners, unused artifacts, and 3rd-party dependencies, making triage at the end of each build cumbersome. There is a need for efficient gating of releases and remediation of unfixable CVEs. The existing process lacks build time hygiene, causing pain points in release management.
