Optimizing KNSP Motor Design for Higher Apogee

The author is struggling to design a KNSP motor to achieve a 3.1 km apogee for a rocket. Despite iterating with different motor thicknesses and inner diameters, and using FEA and Open Rocket for validation, the maximum achieved apogee is 2.95 km. The constraints are the rocket body's ID and the desired apogee. The author seeks additional strategies to improve the design.
