Understanding the Neurobiological Basis of Stuttering
Stuttering remains a complex neurodevelopmental disorder with unclear mechanisms, making it difficult to develop effective treatments. Current understanding is limited by the lack of a unified framework explaining its clinical variability, developmental changes, and brain-based mechanisms. A deeper understanding of the neurobiological basis of stuttering is needed to identify biomarkers and guide new interventions.
