Compliance with EU AI Act for AI Developers

Developers of AI agents or SaaS products used by European companies must comply with the EU AI Act, which requires automatic decision logging, log retention, technical documentation, human oversight, and accuracy testing. Non-compliance can result in fines up to 35M euros or 7% of global turnover. The deadline for high-risk systems is August 2, 2026.
