Inferring Oligomeric State of Protein Complexes

The author is struggling to determine the oligomeric state or stoichiometry of protein complexes for in-silico screening of protein-protein interactions. Current methods, such as using PDB Search & Data APIs, are not providing accurate information. The author needs a reliable way to construct input fasta sequences for modeling complexes.
