Lack of Reproducibility in Bioinformatics Pipelines

The author has reviewed around 200 bioinformatics pipelines and found that only about 15 were reproducible. The main issues include lack of containerization, version pinning, and hardcoded paths, making it difficult to run pipelines on different machines or at different times.
