The author faces a significant challenge in reliability engineering due to the limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) in generating accurate infrastructure code. The probabilistic nature of LLMs leads to subtle hallucinations in code reviews, causing incidents. The current approach of adding manual checks or AI reviews does not scale.
