Tripling the SRO Training Pipeline

The US nuclear industry needs to significantly increase its Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) training pipeline to support the nuclear buildout. Currently, there is a shortage of SROs, and most utility HR plans have not accounted for this need. The industry must find a way to train and integrate 10,000 new SROs within a short timeframe.
