Reducing Cloud Provider Exit Barriers

The current high costs associated with leaving a cloud provider, including data egress fees, create significant barriers for companies looking to switch providers. These fees can make migration costly and complicated. A new EU law aims to address this issue by banning such fees from January 12, 2027.
