Robust RANSAC Alignment with Gaussian Noise

The RANSAC algorithm fails to provide accurate transformation matrices when Gaussian noise is added to the target point cloud data. Current methods like ICP only work well up to a certain level of noise. There is a need for a robust alignment method that can handle noisy data.
