Forcing MFA on Non-MFA Services

The problem is how to enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on services that do not have built-in MFA support. This is a challenge for services like Ubiquiti's self-hosted Unifi OS without remote administration enabled. The goal is to find a way to require MFA for access to these services.
