Develop Atmospheric Electricity Harvesting Systems
Create practical systems to harvest electrical energy from natural atmospheric phenomena including lightning, atmospheric potential gradients, and electromagnetic fields. The Earth's atmosphere contains enormous electrical energy in the form of lightning strikes (each containing billions of joules), atmospheric electric fields, and radio frequency radiation from natural and human sources.
