Create Argumentative Creativity

Develop argumentation systems that can generate creative and innovative arguments that discover new argumentative approaches and novel persuasive strategies. Argumentative creativity would go beyond conventional argumentative patterns to discover innovative argumentative approaches, creative persuasive strategies, and novel ways of presenting and supporting arguments. Current argumentation training focuses on conventional argumentative patterns and cannot generate truly creative and innovative argumentative approaches. The challenge involves understanding the nature of argumentative creativity, developing systems that can generate innovative argumentative strategies, and ensuring that creative argumentation maintains logical validity and persuasive effectiveness. Applications include creative problem-solving that uses innovative argumentative approaches, artistic and literary argumentation that explores new persuasive possibilities, and research argumentation that discovers novel ways of presenting evidence and reasoning. Success would enable innovative argumentative approaches that surpass conventional argumentation, create new possibilities for persuasive communication, and provide tools for creative argumentative reasoning.
