Develop Uncertainty-Aware ML

Create ML systems that can accurately quantify and communicate their uncertainty, enabling better decision-making under uncertainty. Current ML systems often provide confident predictions even when they shouldn't be confident, leading to overreliance and poor decision-making. Uncertainty-aware ML would help users understand when to trust model predictions and when to seek additional information. The challenge involves developing methods for calibrated uncertainty estimation across different types of models and tasks.
