Solve Multi-Scale Learning

Develop ML systems that can effectively learn and reason across multiple spatial and temporal scales simultaneously. Many real-world phenomena involve interactions across different scales - from molecular to organism level in biology, or from individual to societal level in social systems. Current ML systems typically operate at a single scale and struggle to integrate information across scales. The challenge involves developing architectures and algorithms that can handle multi-scale interactions and transfer information between scales. Success would enable ML to tackle complex systems that naturally involve multi-scale phenomena.
