Solve Protein-Protein Interaction Prediction

Develop methods to accurately predict which proteins will interact with each other, where they bind, and how strongly they associate in cellular environments. Protein interactions form the basis of virtually all cellular processes, but current prediction methods have limited accuracy, especially for weak or transient interactions. This challenge impacts drug discovery, systems biology, and understanding of disease mechanisms.
