Barriers include remote area connectivity, animal tracking without interference, anti-poaching security, international cooperation, and funding for global deployment. Without comprehensive wildlife monitoring, extinctions will accelerate, poaching will continue, and conservation efforts will remain ineffective. Success could prevent extinctions, eliminate poaching, optimize habitat protection, improve conservation resource allocation, and restore wildlife populations while enabling better human-wildlife coexistence.
