The existing TENS units have limitations, such as requiring separate gel pads, wires, and restricting movement. Kinesiology tape provides support but lacks therapeutic stimulation. There is an unmet need for a wearable device that combines kinesiology tape with wireless TENS/EMS delivery for effective pain management.
