Liftover Failure for Specific Genomic Regions

The UCSC liftover tool fails to convert certain genomic regions from hg38 to hg19. The user needs to analyze variants in these regions but has all their PLINK files in hg19. The regions are chr1 145686997 148411223, chr1 145808272 148411223, and chr10 46005406 49845537.
