RC4 Kerberos Encryption Deprecation

Microsoft's April update will break service accounts using RC4 Kerberos encryption, causing authentication failures. This affects accounts with null msDS-SupportedEncryptionTypes, which quietly fell back to RC4. The failure mode is severe, with authentication stopping without warning.
