Bypassing DMARC Failures in MS365 Environment

The problem arises when an email is rejected due to DMARC verification failure, and the sender is looking for a way to exempt DMARC checks per domain in an MS365 environment. The current solution seems to be non-existent or unreliable, as adding to an allowed tenant domain list may or may not bypass DMARC.
